One Person, One Account

• Each individual may register only one account.
• If multiple accounts are opened from the same device, IP address, or payment method, all associated accounts will be closed.
• Attempting to collect bonuses using multiple accounts will be treated as fraud.

Account Security

• Keep your login credentials private. Do not share them with anyone.
• If you notice any unauthorized access to your account, please contact us immediately.
• Bigwuin is not responsible for any activity carried out from another person's account.

Bet Types & Limits

• The minimum bet amount is ৳10, and the maximum limit varies by market and event.
• Single, parlay, and system bets are available. Up to 15 events can be added to a parlay bet.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• The cashout feature may not be available for all matches.

Odds & Results

• Odds provided by bigwuin are final. We reserve the right to void any bet placed on incorrect odds.
• Match results are verified through official sources before payouts are processed.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned for any reason, the full bet amount will be refunded.
• If a match is rescheduled, bets will remain valid, but may be voided in certain circumstances.

Errors & Technical Issues

• Bigwuin reserves the right to correct any odds or results displayed incorrectly due to a technical error.
• Bets placed during a system outage will be reviewed and resolved based on their validity.

All financial transactions on bigwuin are fully secure and transparent. We support popular payment methods in Bangladesh, including Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket.

Deposit

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳100 BDT.
• Deposits are usually instant. If there is a delay, please contact support.
• Deposits must be made from your own payment account only.
• Deposits made through third parties are not permitted.

Withdrawal

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200 BDT.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 10–30 minutes.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Identity verification may be required for large withdrawal amounts.
• If fraud is suspected, withdrawals will be placed on hold pending an investigation.

Wagering Requirements

• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Creating artificial betting patterns to meet bonus requirements.
• Placing conflicting bets on the same event to guarantee a profit.
• Using another person's identity or payment details.
• Placing bets through unauthorized third parties.
• Attempting to bypass the platform's security measures.

Bigwuin may temporarily suspend or permanently close your account for the following reasons.

Reason for Suspension

• Violation of terms and conditions.
• Identity verification (KYC) not completed.
• Suspicious financial activity.
• Voluntary account closure (self-exclusion) upon request.

After Account Closure

• Legitimately held funds will be returned, but will not be refunded if the account is closed due to fraud.
• The bonus balance will be forfeited.
